BehrPro, the Professional Products and Services Group of Behr Process Corporation, introduced the new Behr Premium Deckover exterior coating that revives old weathered wood and concrete surfaces. Featuring 100 percent acrylic resin fused with ceramic microspheres, Behr Premium Deckover coating creates a durable, mildew-resistant finish that enables professionals—including residential painters, property managers and remodelers—to restore and maintain areas such as decks, railings, walkways, patios and more, according to the company. Behr Premium Deckover is recommended for a wide range of weathered wood and concrete surfaces that span patios, pool decks and more. Intended for both horizontal and vertical exterior applications, the product can cover up to 50 sq. feet in two coats, concealing splinters and cracks up to ¼” with results that offer a smooth, slip-free finish, resistant to cracking and peeling. The solid color coating is available in a diverse pallet that offers professionals 54 custom color options.
