Cetec to Launch New Electrostatic Painting Equipment at International Mechanics Fair

Cetec will launch at the International Mechanics Fair – 05/17-21, in São Paulo – the lightest gun for electrostatic powder painting of Brazil. With only 285 grams, Tecnoplus 2.0 has voltage regulation on the handle, which prevents the painter’s shift to the machine.

“Tecnoplus 2.0 makes painting or refinishing corners and flat sheets much more simple and practical. It also increases the versatility and process safety, since it is able to work with circular nozzles of 14-35 mm and has a ground operator through the trigger,” said Eduardo Cernic, director of Cetec.

Companies interested in electrostatic powder painting may also meet another novelty in the booth Cetec: Unique Plus, a machine equipped with a display for the operator to monitor all the settings. “That way, you can improve equipment performance and reduce ink consumption.” Unique Plus also has a vibrating base, a device that increases the speed during the color change process. “It is the only Brazilian equipment of its kind to rely on technologies like these.”

At International Mechanics Fair, Cetec will also present its development area of ​​automated paint systems. “These are solutions tailored to the needs that companies have to raise the maximum level of automation of their processes.” Yamaha, Caio, Deka, Electrolux, Monark and Tramontina, among others, are already working with the systems developed by Cetec.
