Songwon Industrial Co., Ltd., Ulsan, Korea, and Chemservice S.A., Gre­ven­­macher, Luxembourg, have launched the regulatory affairs consulting company, Chemservice Asia Co. Ltd., which is registered in Seoul, Korea.
