Chromaflo Technologies announced the addition and role changes of the following team members: Dean Doza will serve as the VP and managing director, Americas. In this role, Doza will be responsible for the overall success of the region’s business and will be instrumental in driving the region’s growth strategy. Doza most recently served as VP – Core North America for Valvoline. Dr. Brij Mohal will serve as the VP of Innovation & Technology. In this role, Mohal will focus on systematically globally improving existing product performance and developing next-generation product lines throughout the product portfolio. Jolyon Stickels will serve as director of Mergers & Acquisitions for EMEA. In this role, Stickels is responsible for identifying, analyzing and determining the feasibility of potential merger and acquisitions targets within EMEA. He will also facilitate continued growth and profitability through selective acquisitions, driving the region’s merger and acquisitions strategy. Stickels has been a consultant for Chromaflo since 2015. Frank Huynen, current global director of Procurement, will now have direct global responsibility of the regional Procurement & Category managers. Kamilah King, current Supply Chain manager, will now oversee customer service, planning and scheduling for three major manufacturing sites in North America. Ivone Beato, current commercial manager, will now oversee the pricing and business analytics team, supporting both Thermosets & Coatings, Americas. Fernando Rodriguez will be responsible for the overall management of thermoset and coatings products that are sold in Northern Mexico through market development and conversion of primary sales targets. Additionally, Rodriguez will be in charge of managing the distribution network in his territory. Rodriguez most recently served as a sales manager at Derivados Quimicos Y Manufactura. Dan Santos will serve as technical service representative for Thermosets & Coatings, Queretaro, Mexico. In this role, Santos is responsible for providing technical support to the thermoset and coatings businesses. His role directly interfaces with customers to determine opportunities and problems in satisfying customer needs. Santos most recently served as application technology manager for Siegwerk. “As we continue to bring increased focus to our global procurement and technology platforms, we’re also building our internal organization with the intention of supplying, improved service to every region,” said Scott Becker, president and CEO of Chromaflo. “These organizational changes not only better align our resources with our growth strategy but also emphasizes our commitment to serving our customers from a global standpoint. I have no doubt that these improvements will provide a positive outcome and align closely with our development.”
