Glasurit receives worldwide approval from Volvo Automaker Volvo has now approved Glasurit 90 Line paints for its authorized dealers and bodyshops throughout the world. Glasurit is a BASF Coatings’ paint brand. The engineers at Volvo tested the quality of the products. In addition to the quality of the products, Glasurit’s training network and global presence were key factors for the recommendation. Glasurit paints are currently approved by most well-known carmakers. The approval means that Glasurit 90 Line has now been incorporated in Volvo’s new bodyshop management system. Entitled Volvo Information and Diagnostics for After Sales, or VIDA for short, the system streamlines order processing for authorized dealers and bodyshops. When a bodyshop enters an order, the system displays paint products and manufacturers that have been approved for use in refinishing work. Now, the Glasurit premium brand is one of these preferred partners.
