Hansen & Rosenthal Selects Resolute Oil, LLC as Exclusive Distributor for Pionier Petrolatums, USP

Resolute Oil, LLC, a League City, TX-based processing marketer of specialty hydrocarbon products, has announced a formal exclusive distributing arrangement with the European producer of high quality USP and technical grade petrolatums. The long-term agreement covers all sales of Hansen & Rosenthal petrolatum products throughout the United States and Canada. Resolute intends to service and supply the H&R Pionier line of petrolatums with local stock points throughout in cities in the agreement’s geographical areas.

Resolute Oil is a fast growing supplier of high purity petroleum products including MaxPar white mineral oil, Maxsol hydrocarbon solvents, performance base oils and MaxPure drilling and frack fluids through processing and storage facilities located on the Houston, TX ship channel.

Schramm and the Resolute staff have a great deal of petrolatum technical and market knowledge based on a long prior career in the production and sales of the product line in the past. “Consistent high quality and service are the key attributes that must be offered to the customer given that end use applications for petrolatums are precise and repeatable,” said Schramm.

With the close support of Resolute Oil, H&R is excited to begin a sustained and ongoing supply presence in the North American region.
