Inland Coatings Acquires TRUCO, Inc.

Inland Coatings Holdings, a portfolio company of Midwest Growth Partners, said it closed its acquisition of privately-held TRUCO, Inc. from the Hoskins family.

TRUCO is a U.S. manufacturer of elastomeric rubber and acrylic roof coatings. Inland Coatings provides value-added commercial building and industrial coating solutions across North America.
