Kuncai Europe BV said it is in the process of implementing changes to expand and re-structure its sales and marketing organization to meet a significant growth in demand for its natural and synthetic pearlescent pigments.

“Now that our new 30,000 tons per annum state-of-the-art facility in China is fully commissioned and ready to support a continued, strong demand for ethically-compliant pearl pigment, it is the right time to raise our profile and presence in the European market” said GM Mike Tijdink. “We recognize the emphasis that our customers place on specialty focus, consistent quality, value-in-use and compliance and, in response, we are ready to service an increasing demand for our products, both natural and synthetic.”

Arrie ten Caat has been promoted to global sales director, Kuncai, with responsibility for managing the sales force in all world regions, including China. ten Caat has been with Kuncai for two years.

Corinna Ludwig joined Kuncai Europe BV as global marketing director. She will be developing Kuncai’s product and brand strategy and raising the company’s profile in the international market.

Helen Hatcher joined Kuncai Europe BV as sales director Europe in order to support sales growth in the region across both Industrial and Cosmetic segments.
