Largest Coatings Show on the East Coast Opens June 1st

The Eastern Coatings Show will open its doors with a reception at 6:00 PM on the evening of June 1st, 2015.  The site is the Mark G. Etess Arena at the Taj Mahal Hotel and Resort in Atlantic City, New Jersey.  The Eastern Coatings Federation, Inc., the host for the conference, expects at least 1,000 people to attend.  Bob Whiteley, the President of the ECF and the Chair of the ECS Committee, evaluates the Show as “one of the outstanding shows in the country at this time and one that will soon become the region’s premier coatings conference and show.”

This year’s Show will highlight forty presenters on a variety of topics most pertinent to the coatings industry. Featured will be three keynote speakers, Dr. Robert C. Fry, Jr., Senior Economist at the DuPont Company on Tuesday Morning at 8:00 AM; Dee Schlotter, Sr., the Color Marketing Manager, North America, PPG Architectural Coatings on Wednesday at 8:00 AM, and, at a Special Breakfast on Thursday, also at 8:00 AM, Jeff Spillane, the Senior Manager, Training Implementation, at Benjamin  Moore & Co. Following Mr. Spillane’s presentation will be a panel discussion featuring Frank L. Palmieri and Christopher J. The exhibit area will open in conjunction with the Monday evening reception and the hours thereafter will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM on Tuesday, June 2nd and from 8:00 to 12:30 on Wednesday, June 3rd.  Exhibitors will have ample opportunity to demonstrate their product lines and innovations and network with the attendees.  Exhibitors are also entitled to complimentary breakfast on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday as well as lunch on Tuesday.  At this time there are very few larger (20 X 10), and some smaller (10 X 10), booths still available.  Again, the web site is the place to visit for further information.
