Powder Technology, Inc. PTI announced its newest coating for the electrical market: 6500 HCT, a High Cut-Through resistant, high dielectric strength blue epoxy coating. Quint Towle, director of sales and marketing at Powder Technology added, “The release of 6500 HCT further underscores PTI’s commitment to the support and development of value add products that are critical to our nation’s defense, infrastructure, and competitive advantage.” PTI’s 6500 HCT exceeds NASA outgassing standards, and can be used for bus bars, stators, armatures, etc. 6500 HCT can be applied via fluidized bed or electrostatic spray.
