Royal Holdings Inc. through its Royal Specialty Packaging subsidiary has acquired Adhesives Packaging Specialties Inc.

 Royal Holdings Inc. (Royal), a holding company of Arsenal Capital Partners (Arsenal), announced that it has through its Royal Packaging Specialties subsidiary, acquired the stock of Adhesives Packaging Specialties Inc. (APS)

Based in Peabody, MA, APS custom packages one and two component adhesives, sealants and resins including acrylic, anaerobic materials, conductive, epoxy, polysulfide, polyurethanes, premixed frozen syringes, UV curable and other polymers used in a wide variety of industries, such as aerospace, automotive, computers, construction, electronics and telecommunications. APS is an ISO 9001: 2008 and AS9100C registered facility.
