Sika Corporation, a supplier of innovative sealing, bonding, reinforcement, lamination, and acoustic solutions for the most demanding applications, along with SikaAxson US, a recognized world leader in high performance epoxy and polyurethane systems, are proud to announce their participation as exhibitors at IBEX- The International Boatbuilders’ Exhibition & Conference, October 4-6, 2016 at the Tampa Convention Center, Tampa, Florida. IBEX has been North America’s largest Marine tradeshow for over twenty-five years, and Sika has proudly participated in all of the previous venues. Sika supplies a full range of adhesive and sealant solutions to meet the demanding requirements of the Marine Industry for assembly operation, field installations and repair applications. Marine products on display at the exhibit include the Sikaflex® line of one-component polyurethane and MS high-performance adhesives and sealants, SikaFast® two-component, high-strength methacrylate structural adhesives, as well as SikaForce® -7800 Red, a two-component, fast-sanding polyurethane surface filler. Sika strives to meet the high standards that our customers have come to expect from our products, making them ideal for use in all marine craft – from skiffs and dinghies to luxury sailing yachts, from power boats to cruise liners and from tankers to fast ferries. SikaAxson US, the newly-formed division of Sika AG, will be joining Sika in their booth at IBEX. SikaAxson US will present its ADTECH Marine Systems, including epoxy and polyester filling and fairing compounds, epoxy laminating systems, and extrudable epoxy paste; its newly released ProInfusion Epoxy Infusion System; and Spartite – a unique polyurethane system for easily setting sailboat masts.
