The Integrated Annual Report for 2024 of the Śnieżka Group is Now Online

It combines financial and operational information with an ESG impact analysis.

The Śnieżka Group’s 2024 report is now available online. It combines financial and operational information with an environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) impact analysis, prepared in accordance with the CSRD guidelines.

The new version of the report has been designed to provide quick and easy access to comprehensive information about the group. On a dedicated website, readers can view key data in three main areas: “Financial Data,” “Operational Data,” and “ESG Data.” This structure allows for an understanding of the relationship between the group’s financial performance and its sustainability activities.

Additionally, simplified navigation allows access to selected, important topics from the “Environment,” “People,” “Business,” and “Own Indicators” categories.

“The integrated report is a tool that provides a comprehensive view of the company’s operations,” Aleksandra Małozięć, director of ESG and corporate communications at the Śnieżka Group,” says. “It presents financial results and socio-environmental impacts, which, for the first time, have been prepared in accordance with the CSRD Directive and subjected to external validation. When creating the online report, we focused on graphical presentation of financial and non-financial data, ensuring comprehensive information is presented in a user-friendly and intuitive manner.”

This year’s Sustainability Reporting section of the report was prepared using a new approach based on dual-materiality analysis. This process included, among other things, a detailed value chain identification, stakeholder dialogue, and scenario analysis.

Thanks to the dual-materiality analysis, the report included information that is important not only in terms of its impact on the environment but also that could have a significant impact on the company’s financial outlook. This analysis identified more than 62 impacts, 36 risks, and 19 opportunities, of which the Śnieżka Group deemed 21 impacts, 10 risks, and four opportunities significant.

In addition to topics that Śnieżka has been reporting for several years, such as employment data, training, water consumption, energy consumption, and carbon footprint across three dimensions, new areas related to environmental impact (e.g., pollution) have emerged.
