Toyo Ink International and The Research Valley Partnership have entered into an economic development agreement to build a $20 million manufacturing site in Bryan, TX. The facility will manufacture and sell specialty polymers and related products, such as coatings, fluid ink and adhesives for the U.S. ink market. The 22-acre site is projected to generate an annual output of 5,000 tons within three years. Toyo Ink is slated to break ground for the state-of-the-art production facility in spring and construction is due to be completed by the first quarter of 2008.
