Cytec Industries Inc., is increasing prices for its entire range of powder coating resins and additives sold in Europe, Middle East and Africa. The price of all products in the range will be increased by 0.12 to 0.15 EUR/kg for shipments from Europe and by 0.15 to 0.20 USD/kg for shipments from Asia. The adjustment will be effective for all shipments as of February 15, 2012 or as contract terms permit. In addition, Cytec also said it is raising selling prices for all powder coating resins—Crylcoat powder resins, Additol powder resins additives, Modaflow additives and resins and Uvecoat powder resins—sold in North America and Latin America. The increase will be between US$0.06/lb – US$0.08/lb and will be effective for shipments on or after February 15, 2012 or as contracts allow.
