Impreglon Takes Over PUT to Expand its Presence in Eastern Europe

Impreglon has fully acquired the coater Povrchové úpravy (PUT) in Třemošnice/CZ. PUT ideally complements the Impreglon plants in Walcz/PL and Tatabanya/HU as well as the existing range of coating processes in Eastern Europe.

Same as already practiced in Western Europe and the United States the Impreglon plants in Eastern Europe will offer customers a “One Stop Shop” for their coating needs. With its central location PUT has the option to grow on existing premises and add new coating processes in the future. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
