WACKER POLYMERS will raise its prices for dispersions of the brands VINNAPAS, VINNOL and PRIMIS globally. Effective Oct. 16, 2017, prices will be raised by up to 10 percent, or as customer contracts allow. This measure has been necessitated by the ongoing cost increases especially through market price increases for raw materials such as vinyl acetate monomer (VAM).
Dispersions of the VINNAPAS, VINNOL and PRIMIS brands are applied in a broad variety of industries, ranging from adhesives, caulks, nonwovens, paints and coatings to paper, carpet and textiles.
