Effective May 1, 2018, GMZ and Ribelin, part of the Azelis CASE market segment, will expand its relationship with the BASF Industrial Solutions group in the U.S. As part of the expanded agreement, GMZ and Ribelin will now offer the complete portfolio of the BASF Industrial Solutions lines in all regions of the U.S.

Our strategic alliance with BASF continues to prosper due to GMZ and Ribelin’s regional knowledge and technical sales acumen, resulting in sustainable growth in the marketplace,” said Frank Bergonzi, Azelis CEO and president, Americas.

As part of the new agreement, GMZ and Ribelin will now sell the complete line of BASF Industrial Solutions products including the Pluronic,Sokalan, Disponil and Lutensol brands across the entire United States. BASF Industrial Solutions provides Specialty Additives such as nonionic and anionic emulsifiers, dispersing and wetting agents, defoamers, adhesion promotors and surfactants for applications in automotive and industrial coatings, wood and decorative coatings, as well as printing inks.
