The Color Pigments Manufacturers Association is hosting a free webinar on the risk assessment of chemicals under the amended Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) and the impact on the color pigments supply chain.
In November, the EPA published the draft risk evaluation for Pigment Violet 29, as one of the first ten chemicals being evaluated under amended TSCA. In addition, EPA has announced it will consider selecting the next round of chemicals for prioritization from the 73 chemicals remaining on the 2014 TSCA Work Plan, including C.I.
