Whitford is a global manufacturer that specializes in low-friction and nonstick coatings for industrial applications and consumer products.
The transaction was led by Patrick McNulty, John Lautemann, Ty Denoncourt and Jeff Mullen of Harris Williams’ Industrials Group.
