Oxiteno is participating in ABRAFATI 2019, which takes place Oct. 1-3 in Sao Paulo. During the event, the company will present its portfolio for different coatings applications and launch its new coalescent developed for architectural paints. The solution was designed after extensive research and aims to meet the challenges faced by formulators and serve market needs and trends. Designed to be versatile, the new molecule can be used in a variety of paint technologies and has higher resin compatibility. “Through our close work with customers, we realize that there were opportunities for the evolution of existing technologies. With this intent we designed this new coalescent, which combines performance and excellent sustainability attributes,” said Fabiana Marra, head of global business for Coatings. In addition to the launch, Oxiteno will present its line of specialty chemicals in additives, building blocks, and emulsifiers. Also featured will be its new line of oxygenated solvents derived from n-propanol. Oxiteno will be at Booth #29. Participation at International Paint Congress Oxiteno will share its research, results, and knowledge in the coatings market in four lectures, two posters at the ABRAFATI Congress and three product presentations at the trade show.
