Phoseon Technology will showcase its latest UV LED curing products for flexographic printing applications at the upcoming FTA Fall Conference 2021 event. Users of Phoseon LED curing systems can process a variety of materials, including thin and heat-sensitive substrates, at maximum production speeds with low-input power. Among the products on display will be the Nexus ONE, a self-contained air-cooled UV LED curing light source for flexographic applications. According to Phoseon, it delivers substantial curing energy, with the industry’s first full five-year warranty. Nexus ONE light sources are easily integrated into new and existing presses, requiring minimal maintenance; the lamp’s air filter and protective glass window are easily changed in the field. The Nexus ONE is available in lamp lengths that cover the gamut of narrow and mid-web presses, with curing speeds of up to 200 meters per minute, by means of 65 Watts per LED array segment. The FTA Fall Conference 2021 will take place at the Hilton Dallas Frisco Hotel & Convention Center on Oct. 3-6 in Frisco, TX.
