Rhino Shield, the 20-plus year division of AmCoat Industrial, is expanding its US footprint, spurred on by new ownership and increased demand for their recently upgraded coating systems. Jerold Hall, VP of sales and dealer development, said the company is aggressively recruiting dealers across the US and interest is very high. “From Los Angeles to Buffalo, we’re crisscrossing the US setting up exclusive Rhino Shield dealerships,” said Hall. “As a premium coating, Rhino Shield offers greater profit for dealers — our typical Rhino Shield dealers earns more than $1.5 million in gross revenue with gross profits in excess of 55% and net profit margins of between 15 and 20%.” Hall said the ideal Rhino Shield dealer is a seasoned businessperson who can market, sell and install Rhino Shield within their market footprint. “Right now, we have many open territories for the right company to thrive with an exclusive Rhino Shield dealership,” said Hall. “Our dealerships are built on a very simple model — low-cost startup and no franchise fees. This allows our dealers to invest in their business and keep initial and ongoing capital requirements low.” Veteran-owned and made in the USA, Rhino Shield’s elastomeric-ceramic coating goes on eight to 10 times thicker than conventional paint and is warrantied for 25 years.
