Rust-Oleum announced its latest initiative to expand its presence on the West Coast with a new fulfillment center in Sacramento, CA. This strategic move enhances the company’s current distribution capabilities, ensuring efficient service to contractors and professionals across 13 states. “At Rust-Oleum, service is synonymous with our brand. That’s why we work side-by-side with our customers through every step of the process to understand, anticipate and deliver on their needs,” said Nathan Owen, vice president of sales, Rust-Oleum. “We’re proud to further enhance our ability to cater to the diverse demands of industrial and commercial facilities.” The new site strategically positions Rust-Oleum to fulfill orders with increased efficiency and reduced shipping times. This location will also serve a territory spanning Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. In-demand products to be shipped from this center include Rust-Oleum’s new High Performance Industrial ROC coatings line of products all backed by a rust-proof guarantee, the company’s premium low-VOC, low-HAP coatings brand Sierra Performance, and its newest versatile innovation called The MULE. This highly washable, abrasion-resistant interior and exterior multi-surface coating can be used on walls, doors, trim and floors. By stocking popular items and optimizing inventory, the company can improve the overall customer experience by getting end users what they need, when they need it. “As a trusted leader in the industry, we are committed to continually refining our services and product offering to consistently exceed our customers’ expectations,” said Owen.
