Brenntag appointed channel partner for U.S. distribution of Milliken coating additives.

Borchers: A Milliken Brand welcomes Brenntag as the exclusive U.S. distributor for its coating additives. Brenntag, which currently distributes Borchers brand products in Europe, will begin overseeing its U.S. distribution on Jan. 1, 2025. As part of the global diversified manufacturer Milliken & Company, the Borchers brand offers market-leading catalysts, wetting and dispersing agents, rheology modifiers, defoamers, and more. “Our Borchers brand provides innovative solutions that companies across the globe rely on,” states Jeff Losch, Milliken VP & Business Manager for Coating Additives. “We’ve enjoyed a strong working relationship with Brenntag in Europe for many years now, and we’re pleased to grow our collaboration to serve our U.S. customers.” “We are thrilled to expand our global relationship with Milliken by becoming the exclusive U.S. distributor for Borchers brand products,” comments Stephen Regular, Senior Director CASE, Brenntag Specialties North America. “Borchers’ high-performance additive portfolio complements our already extensive offering and further expands our position as the premier specialty chemicals distributor for the CASE market.” All new orders will be fulfilled by Brenntag beginning Jan. 1, 2025. This partnership announcement does not impact existing Borchers product orders for U.S. customers shipping before Jan. 1. There are no significant impacts expected during the Brenntag ramp-up period.
