Pantone and the MNYCA to Present Symposium on Trends in Color Theory & Technology

Pantone and the Metro New York Coatings Association (NYCA) will present a Symposium on March 27, 2014 at Redd’s Restaurant, 317 Washington Avenue, Carlstadt, NJ, at 12:00 noon.   The topic for the afternoon will be “Advances in Color Technologies.”  Presenters from Pantone will analyze color theory and take the audience through the procedure for and what’s behind the color of the year.

X-Rite Corporation will offer a review of Color Measurement Advancements – Non-Impact.  Heubach, Ltd. Will follow with Advances in Color Technologies such as ir reflective pigments.   Three additional presenters, still to be announced, will round out the program

Lunch and networking will open the afternoon and a tour of the Pantone plant will close it out.  Pantone is located at 590 Commerce Boulevard, Carlstadt, NJ.  There is no charge for representatives from MNYCA member companies; others will be charged a $20.00 fee.
