Polycoat Products, a division of American Polymers Corp., has acquired Crown Polymers, LLC., a privately held floor coatings company based in Huntley, IL. Crown Polymers’ wide range of high-performance epoxy resin flooring systems and concrete restoration systems are sold to applicators, contractors and end users under the “Crown” brand name. The newly reorganized corporate entity, Crown Polymers Corp., will operate autonomously as an independent business under American Polymers Corp., with new management. Crown Polymers brand name and comprehensive line of proprietary epoxy resin floor coating systems will strengthen American Polymers Corp.’s robust product offerings in the floor coatings industry. Crown Polymers Corp. is one of the leading global polymer manufacturers, formulator and marketer of advanced, epoxy resin floor coatings and concrete repair systems for commercial, industrial, food processing, manufacturing, hospitality, pharmaceutical, aerospace, retail, and residential applications.
