Lincoln Fine Ingredients said it hired Michael Naismith as the company's warehouse operations manager.
The company said Naismith has more than 20 years of management experience with extensive knowledge in warehouse operations and logistics.
He worked in both the personal care and pet feed sectors.
"Mike brings a vast knowledge of FDA, AIB, and OSHA experience with him as he looks to be an integral part in bringing our customers extraordinary service and exceeding their expectations through a positive, proactive, and positive team environment," the company said in a statement.
