TCI Powder Coatings, a subsidiary of RPM International, Inc., hired Douglas T. Mueller as vice president and chief technology officer. In this newly created position, Mueller will lead all of TCI technology and innovation activities across all technical facilities.

Doug Mueller joins TCI Powder Coatings from Hempel where he served as the North American Technical Director. Prior to working at Hempel, he served as Technology Director for Valspar’s global industrial business including powder, liquid, and electrodeposition coating segments.
