Teknos completed the acquisition of the business of Drywood Norge AS, a company operating in architectural coatings business in the Norwegian market. Dutch Drywood paint products have been in the Norwegian market for over 40 years. The products, especially Drywood house and roof paints, have qualities suitable for the Norwegian climate. “I’m extremely pleased for the successful completion of the acquisition. We look forward to providing extended product assortment and direct deliveries to our customers in Norway,” said Paula Salastie, CEO, Teknos Group Oy.
