Addipel, a manufacturer of custom additive powdered blends and 100% active, non-dust blends, has expanded its operations team with the addition of Jason Lee as plant manager.
The recent relocation of the Addipel headquarters and production facility has brought with it exponential growth, additional capacity, and an opportunity to invest in expanding its team to deliver more value to its customers.
Lee comes to Addipel with more than 17 years of production supervision and plant management experience in the food manufacturing industry, which follows similar processes and procedures.
He is a competent leader with vast knowledge in safety and compliance, scheduling, planning and communication, and inventory.
He will be responsible for the planning, leading, directing, and coordinating production activities and resources necessary for manufacturing and packaging of specialty chemicals for Addipel’s facility.
