Antiqued or historic looking furniture often brings an intriguing feel to a room, as distressed pieces are both eye-catching and beautiful. Real Milk Paint Co. can help create this look with five new Soft Waxes available Clear, Ebony, White, Dark Brown and Grey.

The waxes are applicable to all skillsets; simply rub a colored wax on any surface with a brush or a rag and voilà – you have a faux-antique! Aside from the Clear wax which acts as a sealer, the dark colored waxes produce a shading effect while the White wax creates a lighter, beachy finish. All four colored waxes can be combined or diluted with the Clear to create any desired look.

The waxes are made with a penetrable mix of beeswax and recycled paraffin, so it does not pool in cracked areas, resulting in unwanted white streaks once dried.
