Maroon Group LLC was busy stuffing “Santa’s Super Sack” for the 2017 holiday season.
Donations were organized for two charities of Lorain County; the Community Resource Services (Avon/Avon Lake) and the Neighborhood Alliance-Haven Center. A wish list of much needed basic, daily supplies, as well as fun themed baskets for local families, were collected and delivered to each specific charity.
Maroon Group’s charitable efforts in Clinton, NJ saw D.B. Becker’s “Operation Santa Sack” partner with the United Way’s Holiday Helping Hands program by collecting cash to purchase family items and gift cards. The good deeds in Newark, NJ were the donated and hand-wrapped gifts for the children in the Ironbound section of Newark by Seidler Chemical Co. working with their neighbors and friends, Pastors Ray and Ruthie Dash of The Rock Church, and in Lincoln, RI, Lincoln Fine Ingredients’ Holiday Elves donated non-perishable food items to the local Food Pantry.
Maroon Group LLC’s Culture Committee plans to make “Santa’s Super Sack” a yearly event.
