Huntsman Corporation's Polyurethanes Division recognized Maroon Group as its 2018 Distributor of the Year. This is the fourth consecutive year that Maroon Group's CASE & Plastics Eastern Region has achieved this prestigious award. The award was presented to Maroon Group's sales and operations staff in appreciation for Sales Growth and New Business Development.
“To receive this recognition for the fourth year running is a testament to the value that a principal/distributor partnership can bring to customers when our supply position and promotional efforts align with the true needs of our customers,” said William Nicholas, Maroon Group’s VP of sales – Eastern Region. “The Urethane landscape has changed a lot over the past 10-15 years. There really has been a tremendous amount of innovation and we’ve been fortunate to share in the growth of this market with our customers and with our long-time partner, Huntsman, the North American Leader in the production of MDI Isocyanates.“
