Innovative Chemical Products (ICP) announced that it has acquired Gardner-Gibson and Sun Coatings, a leading manufacturer of liquid-applied roof coatings, roofing products, driveway sealers and specialty paints primarily serving professional contractors for commercial and residential applications.
