Marcia Karwowski, dar-tech, inc.’s new customer service representative, joined the specialty chemical and raw-material distributor in April 2021.
She is responsible for processing orders, developing standard operating procedures, implementing systems projects, and supporting customer needs.
She spent 13 years in a prior role as an implementation project manager with PPG Industries.
She also teaches courses in economics and business with the University of Akron.
