Chromaflo Technologies has announced Gunjan Jain as incoming HR Manager Asia Pacific, commencing October 2021.
In this role, Jain is responsible for the development, implementation and management of human resources systems, procedures, policies and support for the company at departmental, local and regional levels. She will work closely with the Asia Pacific (APAC) senior management team and other relevant stakeholders to enable the implementation of Chromaflo’s human resources policies and strategies in the Asia Pacific region. Jain will be based at the company’s Taloja site in India.
Jain brings more than 16 years of multi-country HR generalist experience to the position, including 10 years in industrial relations, payroll and business process improvement. She most recently served as Vice President, HR & Global HR Business Processes, at Tower Vision, where she led the human resources department. Jain holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Krishna Institute of Engineering and Technology in India and earned a master’s degree in business administration from Ashton University in Canada.
