DKSH has entered an exclusive distribution agreement with Scott Bader, a manufacturer of resins, gelcoats, adhesives and functional polymers, for India (incl. Sri Lanka and Bangladesh), Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
DKSH’s Business Unit Performance Materials has become a key distribution partner for Scott Bader in India and ASEAN.
Under the agreement, DKSH will provide marketing, sales, distribution, and logistics for Scott Bader’s range of inverse-emulsion thixotropic agents used in coatings, inks, and adhesives applications, which are part of its Texipol® rheology modifiers product range.
