Safic-Alcan announced a new distribution partnership with Carbon Waters, a French start-up specializing in advanced sustainable additives. This strategic alliance will provide high-performance graphene dispersions, Graph’Up Oxi, to customers in Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, and Ireland.
The addition of Graph’Up Oxi products to Safic-Alcan’s portfolio aligns with its commitment to providing eco-conscious solutions. These graphene-based dispersions have been developed for both solvent and water-based anticorrosion paint formulations.
Due to graphene’s superior properties, Graph’Up Oxi ensures exceptional protection against corrosion, delivering longer-lasting durability in the harshest environments. The products also offer robust mechanical strength, high electrical conductivity, and excellent barrier properties, making them ideal for a range of industrial applications where top-tier anticorrosion performance is required.
"Their graphene dispersion technology perfectly complements our environmentally responsible product range and reinforces our ability to offer state-of-the-art anticorrosion solutions to customers in the region,” said Jean-Marie Schmuck, business development director for CASE and Industrial Specialties at Safic-Alcan about the alliance.
