The value of the high-performance pigments (HPP) market was estimated at $4.75 billion in 2016, rising to $5.49 billion in 2021 at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 2.9 percent, according to the latest report from Smithers Rapra. In volume terms, global consumption of high-performance and specialty pigments is expected to total 178,844 tons in 2016, rising to 206,921 tons by the end of 2021 at a CAGR of three percent.
