Curator is a Dublin-based designer paint collection that continues to expand availability across the U.S.
Curator is unique and personal to Ireland, created in close collaboration with Irish artisans and the only Irish designer paint brand in the market.
Curator worked with 29 Irish designers and artisans – from potters and milliners to jewelers and fashion designers – to produce a carefully curated palette with each color telling a tale of living, working and creating in Ireland.
Like never before, consumers are paying attention to the idea of using color to improve home spaces and discover mood-enhancing shades.
Curator’s has 144 palettes of colors, is its roots in Irish culture and design to tell the story of the land and its people.
- Dock Leaf, an earthen, warm shade of green, comes from Irish folklore of the Dock Leaf, a native plant to Ireland, used to cure stings and rashes from the Common Nettle plant;
- March Day, celebrates the famous Irish day with a reflection of bravery and spirit, in a bold and confident hue of green;
- Moth Collar, a botanical green, resembling the city gardens of Dublin comes from Irish designer, Jill De Burca’s distinctive fashion pieces sewn together by her traditional Irish Singer Embroidery machine.
