has moved to
BASF Coatings
AG to become
group vice president
of the industrial
coatings
business. This
business unit had
been managed
temporarily by
J e a n - P i e r r e
Monteny, CEO of
BASF Coatings
AG, in addition to
his other tasks.
BASF has also appointed Mario
Pschaidt architectural coatings business
manager for BASF’s functional
polymers business serving the architectural
coatings market in North
America. In his new position,
Pschaidt will provide strategic direction
and day-to-day management of
BASF’s Acronal Optive 100% acrylic
polymers. Prior to joining BASF,
Pschaidt was vice president, sales,
marketing and technology for
Alberdingk Boley’s U.S. operations.
