MXM50-AP Maximixer
Attributes/comments: A multi-shaft mixing system combining scrapped surface agitation with a reversible high shear homogenizing mixer. The 50 liter vessel is fully jacketed for heating and cooling with insulation and a sanitary stainless steel sheath. Both mixers can be automatically lifted out of the mixing vessel to allow movement of the vessel away from the mixing station. The advantage of having an expendable piston inside the valve is to eliminate the need for O-rings that can be damaged during valve operation, and consequently generate a contamination point.
