Terry D. Growcock at Carlisle Companies’ May 2, 2018 Annual Meeting of Shareholders retired from the company’s Board of Directors.
Growcock, 72, was chairman of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee of the Company prior to his retirement from the board.
In addition, the board appointed Scott C. Selbach as VP, secretary and general counsel. He replaces Steven J. Ford, a named executive officer, who held those positions until April 30, 2018.
