Sto Corp. announced that Randall Steven Johnson will join Sto Americas in the role of CFO, replacing Torben Wetche, who announced his planned retirement earlier this year.
Johnson will oversee all the company’s financial functions, including accounting, audit, treasury, as well as information technology, and will report to Jose Berlingeri, president and CEO, Sto Americas.
Prior to joining Sto Americas, Johnson served as CFO for PermianLide, an oil and gas service company.
For the 25 years before that, he garnered experience in a variety of CFO or VP of finance positions for private-equity-backed and publicly traded companies in North America.
Wetche, who has been CFO since 2014, will continue to have a role with Sto as a member of the Board of Directors for SkyRise Prefab, a Sto Panel Technology Affiliate that is partially owned by Sto.
“Torben has contributed so much to Sto through the years,” said Berlingeri. “We’re pleased he will continue to be involved. “
