In addition to a full portfolio of non-reactive coatings additives which provide slip, flow and leveling to UV systems, Siltech offers Silmer reactive functional silicone materials. These allow incorporation of a silicone polymer into energy cured networks, providing flexibility, impact resistance and surface protection to the coating or 3D additive part. We offer acrylate functional silicones for most UV cured systems and epoxy functional silicones for photoinitiated acid cationic cured systems. Finally if you need ultra-high (up to 300%) elongation we offer mercapto silicones.
