Aerohive Networks has announced that Farrow & Ball, the UK-based premium paint and wallpaper manufacturer, has selected Aerohive’s Wi-Fi solution to underpin Farrow & Ball’s growing mobile workforce, in a move to improve its overall customer experience.
With over 54 sites worldwide, Farrow & Ball has started to implement Aerohive’s cloud-based, controller-less solution at its UK Head Office and manufacturing site in Dorset, with a view to roll out the solution to its retail showrooms and distribution sites in the UK and internationally.
Chosen for its secure and flexible architecture, Aerohive demonstrated its Wi-Fi coverage capabilities across difficult locations that had previously been a challenge for Farrow & Ball. Since implementing Aerohive, the manufacturer has documented an 80% reduction in incidents previously raised due to lack of Wi-Fi availability.
Services running across the new Aerohive solution include: internal Wi-Fi to support administration and in-house processes, secure guest Wi-Fi for visitors, and cloud control for improved remote access and management. This will open up new opportunities for Farrow & Ball to improve its customer experience, as part of the brand’s wider consumer engagement plan.
