The PPG display will feature the full range of its commercial coatings products. Several Class 8 diesel trucks, as well as other custom trucks finished with PPG DELFLEET Evolution products, will be exhibited. The PPG Show Truck, a 75-foot 2016 Freightliner Cascadia tractor-trailer rig with a new red, white and blue paint scheme, will also be on hand. The show truck’s remarkable paint job shows the vibrant colors, extreme graphics and incomparable special effects PPG’s commercial products inspire and facilitate. In addition, this year PPG will hold a fund-raising raffle for Flying Horse Farms, a nonprofit camp in Mount Gilead, Ohio, for children with serious illnesses.
“This is one of the most exciting truck events in the country, and we’re thrilled to be a part of it,” said Jim Heil, PPG commercial business development manager. “We have an opportunity to provide truck fans with information about our high-quality coatings brands and show them what PPG products can do. We also have the chance this year to raise money for a very worthy charitable organization—Flying Horse Farms. We invite all truck lovers to come out and see us.”
