Axalta Coating Systems will present its Nap-Gard fusion bonded epoxy powder coatings at the Applied Market Information (AMI) 2017 Pipeline Coating Conference on Nov. 14-15, 2017 at the Hilton Post Oak Hotel in Houston. During the conference, Dustin Traylor, Axalta Global Functional Product Manager, will host an informational session for the many leading pipeline businesses and professionals in attendance.
Traylor’s session, titled, Corrosion Protection of NSF Drinking Water Pipe Using a Dual Layer FBE System is on November 14 at 11:40 a.m. He will discuss the advantages of using abrasion resistant overcoat in the public water industry and expound on the application of the coating on fusion-bonded epoxy water pipe assets. Attendees may also visit Axalta’s exhibition to learn more about Nap-Gard functional powder coatings, which provide maximum corrosion protection for all internal and external pipeline applications such as oil and gas and water pipelines. Axalta’s Nap-Gard offerings are high build, hazardous air pollutant (HAP) free powder coatings that are designed to meet the most demanding downhole conditions and are available in single, dual, and multi-layer systems.
“We are thrilled to display our protective pipeline coatings at this year’s AMI Pipeline Coating Conference,” says Dustin Traylor, Axalta Global Functional Product Manager. “We also look forward to presenting an engaging session to attendees focused on solving challenges and providing innovative solutions to the market.”
