Sika acquired Emseal Joint Systems, Ltd., a U.S.-based market leader in the development and manufacturing of structural expansion joint products for new construction and refurbishment.
Emseal, located near Boston, generates annual sales of CHF 40 million.
The company has manufacturing facilities in Toronto and Westborough, Mass.
